This is an ICQ 5.1 Skin, that has nearly the same look like the Vista Explorer. The glas border looks like the selected glas border color on vista.
But it is also made for XP-Users, but they have to use it without the glas...

Kontaktliste und normale Fenster sind fertig, auch das Trayfenster und alle Buttons, nur noch das ChatFenster und etwas kleinvieh^^

cool wie macht man eigentlich skins für icq ? Photosop oder wie? also lass es mich wissen wenn du fertig bist das is echt mal ein geiles design schlicht aber geil 444-261-827
